Solution: Create a community social campaign to promote special events and location openings throughout the Central Ohio Region. Develop and launch a mobile application to enhance the ability for consumers to find locations throughout Ohio and receive notifications of events that are available to support the goals of the organization.

Business Challenge: High cost annual dues drive and low active membership
Solution: Create a 5 channel approach that utilize print, email, magazine, social, and mobile engagements to increase the collection of national membership dues while cross-promoting regional chapter affiliates, while decreasing the assets needed for collections.
Results: First year increase of over 125% dues collection and converted 30% of entire database to automatic renewal program while increasing the local chapter promotion across the county through social sharing.
